I am an artist and researcher working through listening.
Based between Lima and Berlin, I develop projects across sound, writing, radio and installation that explore listening as a way of making sense of the world. Through installations, broadcasts, performances and essays, I investigate the relationships between sound, memory, infrastructures and political imagination.
Drawing on philosophy, sound studies and archival research, my projects examine how technologies of communication shape collective perception and how degraded, ordinary or overlooked sounds become sites of historical and aesthetic inquiry. Alongside my artistic practice, I am currently pursuing PhD research on listening and infrastructural disruption during Peru's internal armed conflict.
